Using it safely

  • Fix the bubble tube's top to the wall with a bracket or strap, even with its weighted base, so it cannot be pulled or tipped over.
  • Only an adult should fill, empty or clean the tube; unplug it before emptying or cleaning, and keep the base and power supply dry.
  • Always have an adult supervising, and do not let children hit the tube or throw things at it.
  • Do not jump in or on the inflatable pod, keep sharp objects away from it, and allow one child at a time.
  • Lay the liquid-filled tiles on a flat, even floor, and stop using any tile that leaks.
  • Choose slow colour changes and avoid fast flashing or flickering modes, as these can trigger seizures in some people.

A ready-made calm-down corner for home: the sensory LED bubble tube with weighted safety base for slow, colour-changing visual input, the inflatable pea pod for deep-pressure seating, and two 50 cm liquid motion floor tiles for something to press and watch while regulating.

Includes:

  • Abley's Sensory LED Bubble Tube with Weighted Safety Base (₹19,999)
  • Abley's Inflatable Sensory Pea Pod (₹6,875)
  • 2 × Abley's Liquid Motion Tile, 50 cm × 50 cm (₹3,800 each)

Bought separately: ₹34,474. Kit price saves ₹2,475. Fits a 4 ft × 4 ft corner; the bubble tube needs a standard plug point. Set-up guidance on WhatsApp after delivery.

Sensory tools support regulation and play; they are not a treatment. If your child works with an occupational therapist, ask them how to use a calm corner in their plan.

  • Slow, colour-changing bubbles give calming visual input to watch during quiet time
  • The pea pod gives deep pressure while seated, for regulation breaks
  • Liquid tiles give something to press and watch, pairing touch with visual input
  • A ready-made calm corner for home, set up from one order

  • Inflatable pea pod for deep-pressure seating
  • Two liquid motion floor tiles, each 50 x 50 cm
