Return & Exchange Policy: Our Safety Promise
Effective Date: March 18, 2025
At Abley's, your child's safety and hygiene are our top priorities. Because our products are sensory tools used for oral regulation, deep pressure, and tactile comfort, we strictly adhere to a "Safety First" hygiene policy.
To ensure every family receives a brand new, unused, and sanitized product, we generally do not offer refunds. However, we are fully committed to fixing any issues if you receive a defective or incorrect item.
1. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If you receive a product that is damaged during transit, defective, or different from what you ordered, we will replace it immediately free of charge.
Mandatory Requirement: The Unboxing Video
To process any claim for a damaged or missing item, you must provide a complete, unedited unboxing video.
- What to show: The video must show the sealed package being opened for the first time, clearly displaying the label and the condition of the product inside.
- Why we need this: This ensures that the damage occurred during transit and not after delivery. Without this video, we cannot process a replacement.
Reporting Timeline:
- You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

- Our team will review your proof and respond within 24–48 hours.
2. Eligibility for Exchange
We offer a 7-day exchange window (from the date of delivery) for eligible items. To qualify:
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
- If a returned product is found to be used, torn, modified, or damaged by the customer, the exchange will be rejected.
- Note: In such rejected cases, the customer must pay shipping charges to have the item sent back to them.
Exchange Charges:
- Wrong/Defective Item: If we sent the wrong/defective item, we cover all shipping costs.
- Customer Request: If you wish to exchange an item for a different variant (where applicable), pickup and re-shipping charges will be borne by the customer. Any price difference in the new product must be paid prior to shipping.
3. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following categories are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless received damaged:
- Oral Motor Tools: Chew tubes, Chew necklaces, Speech tools, Toothbrushes.
- Tactile & Fidgets: Therapy putty, Slime/Stretchy strings, Squishy bracelets, Fidget toys, Sensory brushes.
- Movement & Play: Swings, Sensory balls, Sensory mats, Liquid Motion products.
- Weighted Items: Weighted toys/lap pads (unless there is a manufacturing defect).
- Other: Personalized/Custom items and Gift Cards.
4. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched from our warehouse.
- How to cancel: Contact us immediately at team@ableys.in or call us.
- Fees: A payment gateway processing fee of 2.5% will be deducted from your refund amount.
- Timeline: Refunds for prepaid cancelled orders will be credited to your original payment method within 15 days of approval.
- Note: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
